2026 Internship (August 24~September 4)

From August 24 to September 4, 2026, our company and our partner, Pacific Crew Co, Ltd. conducted a hands-on internship program for five international students from the Yokohama YMCA Vocational College.

Following last year’s program, we were once again commissioned by the Yokohama YMCA Vocational College to design and conduct a training program focused on practical skills and business etiquette directly applicable to the workplace to help international students gain a better understanding of what it’s like to work in a Japanese office. We taught the fundamentals expected of working professionals ranging from the basics of email and phone etiquette, reporting, consultation, and communication, to topics such as harassment, personal grooming, and professional conduct and provided hands-on experience with our company’s operations. Additionally, with the cooperation of our business partners and local companies, we organized workplace tours and networking events. These provided opportunities for the students to interact with active employees, experience real-world work environments firsthand, and deepen their understanding of various industries.

As part of the workplace tours, we visited a company at the airport that provides some of the facility services, allowing the interns to experience the on-site operations up close.
Going forward, our company will continue to actively support international students who wish to work in Japan through various programs, so please be sure to check our website and social media

~Feedback from Participated Interns~

Student A: I was able to learn about real-world work processes—which I couldn’t experience at school—as well as professional etiquette and how to communicate clearly with others. Through planning and presentations, I also had the opportunity to interact with working professionals and learned the importance of teamwork.

Student B: Since I’m about to start my career, learning about business etiquette was truly educational. Thank you very much. Also, through the company visits, I was able to tour various companies and learn about the work they do. Although they’re in different industries from the one I’ll be entering, there were some commonalities, and it was a great experience overall! Thank you again.

Student C: During this internship, the planning and presentation workshop, social media planning, photography, and editing, as well as the company visits, left a particularly strong impression on me. In the planning and presentation workshop, I learned the difficulty and importance of organizing my own ideas and communicating them clearly to others. Through the social media planning, photography, and editing, I realized how important it is to create content with the audience in mind. Additionally, the company visits allowed me to experience the actual work environment firsthand, providing a valuable experience that I couldn’t have gained at school. Through this experience, I came to understand that in the workplace, it’s important to collaborate with those around me rather than working alone.

Student D: I was able to learn a great deal during this two-week internship. It was a very rewarding experience that gave me the opportunity to gain experiences I wouldn’t have had during my regular school life. Thanks to everyone’s warm guidance, I was able to participate in the activities with confidence. Thank you very much.

Student E: Through this internship, I was able to experience many things that I couldn’t learn at school. It was a lot of fun to learn something new every day. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to gain such a wide range of experiences.
